Terms of service

1. General.
The website is owned by {Valino}, whose address is {18 HaAnafa St., Tirat Carmel} (hereinafter: the “Company”). These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity browsing or using the website or its information (hereinafter: the “User”). The Company may amend these Terms from time to time; the binding version is the version published on the website at the time the relevant action is performed, and no amendment shall apply retroactively to orders placed before the amendment. The masculine form is used for convenience and refers to all genders. Product prices include VAT as required by law, and the displayed price is the total price; shipping fees will be displayed separately and clearly before the order is completed. Product images are for illustration purposes only. The Company does not guarantee that all models will always be in stock and may offer or discontinue promotions at any time.

2. Orders, Acceptance and Delivery.
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products. An automatic confirmation that the order has been received does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The transaction is completed only upon the Company’s confirmation of the order and successful charge of the payment method. In the event of an obvious and material typographical error in a product description or price, the Company may cancel the order, provided that the customer is notified as soon as reasonably possible and receives a full refund of any amount paid. Payment on the website may be made באמצעות {Payment Methods: Credit Cards / Google pay / Apple Pay / PayPal}. Payment in installments is subject to the approval and terms of the relevant credit card company.

3. Legal Capacity.
By taking any action on the website, the User (“Customer”) confirms that they have read these Terms of Use and agree to their provisions. Use of the website is intended for persons aged 18 and over. A minor must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before taking any action, without derogating from the provisions of the Israeli Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.

4. Governing Law.
The use of the website and any transaction conducted through it shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these Terms shall derogate from the consumer’s right to bring a claim before any competent authority or court as provided by law.

5. Intellectual Property.
The website, its content, trademarks, designs, and copyrights are the exclusive property of the Company or of a third party that has authorized the Company to use them. No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, distributed, marketed, or used to create derivative works without the Company’s prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Use.
The User agrees not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, including providing false information, violating privacy, uploading infringing or offensive content, disrupting the operation of the website, collecting data automatically, or circumventing security measures. The Company may block a User who violates these Terms, without limiting any other remedy available to the Company under applicable law.

7. User Account.
If an account is created on the website, the Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify the Company of any suspected unauthorized or improper use. The Company may suspend or close an account in the event of a violation of these Terms.

8. Promotions and Coupons.
Promotions, discounts, and coupons shall apply according to the terms under which they are published and for the period specified. Promotions, discounts, and coupons may not be combined unless otherwise stated and are not redeemable for cash. Participation in a promotion does not derogate from any cancellation rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

9. Customer Reviews.
The website may display customer reviews. The Company will not publish fabricated reviews or filter reviews in a manner that misleads consumers, but may decline to publish content that is offensive or violates applicable law. By submitting a review, the User grants the Company a license to use the review on the website and in the Company’s marketing channels.

10. Third-Party Links.
The website may contain links to external websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy policies of such external websites.

11. Product Warranty.
{For products that are not electrical/electronic products — optional:} The Company provides a warranty for a period of {Warranty Period} from the date the product is received, covering manufacturing defects, subject to presentation of proof of purchase.

{For electrical/electronic/gas products priced above ILS 150 — mandatory:} Such products are provided with a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year, and a Hebrew-language warranty certificate shall be provided with the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection (Warranty and After-Sale Service) Regulations. The warranty does not cover damage that does not result from a manufacturing defect, including accidents, falls, scratches, or unreasonable use.

Nothing in this section shall derogate from the consumer’s rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or any other applicable law. In the event of any conflict between this section and mandatory applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail.

12. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability.
The website and its content are provided on an “AS IS” basis. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date; however, errors, inaccuracies, or disruptions may occur in good faith, and the Company does not guarantee that the website will be continuously available or free from technical failures. Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot legally be excluded or limited, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing herein shall derogate from the Company’s liability under applicable law for products sold or from any mandatory consumer rights.

13. Related Policies.
The Cancellation, Exchanges and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and “Order Cancellation” page are linked in the footer of the website and constitute an integral part of these Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy is provided on its dedicated page.

14. Miscellaneous.
If a competent court or authority determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Company’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. The Company may assign its rights under these Terms as part of a transfer of its business, provided that the Customer’s rights are not adversely affected.
